GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VISA
·

Most of the NMOs do not require a visa to get to Macedonia. To check if you need a visa you can download the official document from our Ministry of Foreign Affairs HERE

  • We will provide an official invitation letters for all of the NMO’s that do not need Macedonian visa but need a European schengen for transiting thru Europe.
  • We will also provide an official support letter from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje , Medical Faculty Skopje
  • The validity of the passport or other travel document of the applicant has to be minimum 3 (three) months.

Together with our government we decided that the procedure for countries that don’t have a Macedonian Embassy will be as follows:

  1. On the website you have a list of Macedonian embassies around the world. Find the one nearest to you.

  2. You send a mail to visa@macedoniaam09.org with the list of all the delegates that need a visa with their Name, date of birth, passport number and dates of issue and expiration, and tell us to which embassy you will be sending your passports. We send this list to our Ministry for Foreign Affairs and they send it to the embassy. (All the delegates have to be registered, approved and have their fees paid in order to go through the process and there will be no exceptions about this.)

  3. You gather all the passports from your delegation put them in an envelope and send it to the embassy with a fast postal company (FedEx, USPS, etc.)

  4. The Macedonian embassy gets your passports, stamps the visa and ships them back to you. Don’t forget to put a letter with the return address inside the envelope so they can return them to you. Also put this address in your mail to us so we will have it just in case.

  5. You get your passports back with the Macedonian visa inside, you come to the GA and have the time of your life.
